FLOW
Some problems don't solve themselves at a keyboard. Flow is perfect for walks: talk through the idea, the structure, the tradeoffs—then get back a clean draft you can paste into your doc or AI tool. It's like having a writing assistant that keeps up with your brain in motion.

THROUGH THE VALLEY
OpenAI is working on a system that can handle research with minimal human input.
They are focusing on building a multi-agent “AI researcher” that can take on complex problems across areas like math, science, coding, and policy.
There’s a timeline. An “AI research intern” is expected by September, designed to handle smaller, multi-day tasks. A more advanced, fully autonomous system is targeted for 2028.
These systems will combine Codex, reasoning models, and monitoring systems, with sandboxing to manage risks.
OpenAI is also scaling up to support this. The company plans to grow from around 4,000 to 8,000 employees by the end of the year, hiring across engineering and research.
Mark Zuckerberg is building a personal AI agent to help him do his job as CEO.
It’s still early, but the system is already being used to pull information quickly, without going through layers of people.
Meta is trying to move faster, cut down on management layers, and rely more on individual contributors as it competes with smaller, AI-native teams.
AI tools are spreading quickly across the company. Employees are building agents that can access files, search internal data, and even communicate with other agents.
Some are already being used like an “AI chief of staff,” helping manage projects and retrieve information.
Meta is also experimenting with flatter team structures and AI-first workflows, aiming to get more output without growing headcount at the same pace.
