UPDATE
Chatbots in customer service can lead to some wild situations!
At a US Chevrolet dealership, users on a platform manipulated a chatbot into offering unrealistically low car prices.
One got a 2020 Chevrolet Trax LT for $17,300 with extra perks, while another reduced a 2024 Chevy Tahoe's price to $1 (yes, a dollar) by tricking the chatbot.
The dealership's attempts to fix this were also bypassed. It's a techy reminder that chatbots need a good mix of brains and boundaries to handle the wild world of customer service.

OpenAI suggests six ways to get better responses from AI:
๐ Be Crystal Clear: Chat with the AI like you're giving directions to a lost tourist. The more specific you are, the less likely you'll end up with wacky answers!
๐ Provide Reference Text: Include reference materials for more reliable answers, especially on less-known topics.
โ Break Down Complex Tasks: Divide complicated requests into simpler parts to improve accuracy.
โณ Allow Time for Thinking: Ask the AI to explain its thought process for better answers.
๐ ๏ธ Use External Tools: Use additional tools like code engines for tasks needing calculations or special knowledge.
๐งช Test, Test, and Retest: Keep throwing a mix of challenges at the AI. It's like a training montage in a movie, ensuring your AI sidekick gets sharper with each round.
