The lawsuit, filed in California, accuses OpenAI of obtaining diverse data from the internet without proper consent from users, amounting to data theft.

But it's not clear who will win the lawsuit. The internet is very complicated and online platforms have rules that might protect OpenAI.

It is noted that when users upload content to online platforms, they often grant these platforms a broad license to use their content, making it difficult for individual users to claim compensation for the use of their data in AI training models.

Elon Musk has imposed new limitations on how many posts can be read on Twitter per day: 600 for unverified accounts, 300 for new unverified accounts, and 6,000 for verified accounts.

The restrictions were implemented in response to AI companies aggressively scraping data from the platform, according to Musk.

Critics warn that these issues could lead to users abandoning the platform.

Due to massive backlash, Elon increased the limit to 1k for unverified accounts, 500 for new unverified accounts, and 10k for verified accounts.
