Anthropic's Claude 3 Opus surpassed OpenAI's GPT-4 for the first time on Chatbot Arena, a popular crowdsourced leaderboard used by AI researchers to gauge the relative capabilities of AI language models.

More than 70,000 new votes made up the latest update that saw Claude 3 Claude-3 Opus take the leaderboard's top spot, but even the smallest of the Claude 3 models performed well.

Notably, some leading filmmakers have been given early access to exploring Sora's ability to inspire new, unimaginable ideas, pushing beyond traditional artistic limits.
