UPDATE

Google has launched an AI image generation feature in its search engine. The novel feature lets users craft images from text prompts directly within the search interface.

Like Bing's DALL-E image generation, Google aims to offer a variety of image types but with stringent content filtering to prevent misuse.

As you’re browsing Google Images results, you might see a box that prompts you to generate images based on your query — those generated images will show up in a sidebar.

UPDATE

Microsoft has announced a "bug bounty", offering rewards ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 to people who can identify flaws in its Bing AI products.

The aim is to uncover "jailbreak" prompts that might lead to inappropriate or bigoted responses, ensuring that the AI adheres to the set safety measures.

It's quite intriguing that Microsoft is now asking outsiders to find flaws in its system.
