MAIN UPDATE

AI just made 2 History 🧠📜

1/ $1.3 Million AI Art

Ai-Da, the humanoid robot artist, has made history with its AI-enhanced portrait of computer science pioneer Alan Turing, which sold for $1.3 million at Sotheby’s Auction House — marking the first major auction of artwork created by a robot.

Here's what you need to know:

  • The painting, called "AI God," caused a bidding war, with 27 offers driving the final price up to almost 10 times its estimated value of $120,000 to $180,000.

  • Ai-Da's art mixes traditional portrait styles with AI technology, using cameras in its eyes and robotic arms to create the image.

2/ A Grammy nominations

In another milestone, The Beatles’ final song, "Now and Then," became the first AI-assisted track to receive Grammy nominations.

Here's what you need to know:

  • The song is up for Record of the Year and Best Rock Performance, competing against artists like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

  • The track used AI "stem separation" technology to clean up and isolate John Lennon’s vocals from a 1978 unreleased demo.

  • This AI technique, similar to noise-canceling technology used in video calls, trained models to separate specific sounds for clearer audio.

  • The nomination comes after the Grammy's 2023 decision to not consider viral AI creator Ghostwriter because they used vocals without permission.

Both of these groundbreaking moments highlight how AI is reshaping music and art, breaking new ground in creativity and authorship.

AI-Powered Teams 🤖🧑‍🤝‍🧑

AI is changing the game for teams in every department. Whether it's product design, finance, marketing, or HR, these tools are helping you save time, work more efficiently, and make smarter decisions.

Here’s how AI can make a difference for your team:

Chief Product Officer

  • Doing deep research: Tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude are great for deep research and analysis. Use ChatGPT’s new web search or image analysis.

  • Designing apps/websites: v0 is new figma: Design your frontend like screens, buttons, effects, etc.

  • AI that builds websites for you: Remember the days when you would have no-code platforms that would make it so easy to launch websites within a few days? You can now launch websites within minutes with platforms such as bolt.new.

  • Generate clean code: For non-technical people out there, and for developers, generating code has become much easier for you. Platforms such as Cursor and Flutterflow do exactly that for you.
