Viktor is the AI employee that lives in your Slack and Teams.

Show it how you handle reorders. How you draft launch briefs. How AP approvals move through your team. What your standup notes look like. Viktor learns each workflow once and starts doing it for you.

By week three, finance, marketing, eng, and ops are all delegating to the same employee. The question stops being "can Viktor do this?" and becomes "what should we hand off next?"

THROUGH THE VALLEY

1/ Anthropic may have discovered how AI "thinks" before it responds: Researchers discovered that Claude spontaneously developed an internal "global workspace," a structure similar to one of neuroscience's leading theories of conscious thought. The finding gives Anthropic a new way to inspect the model's hidden reasoning, monitor safety risks, and better understand how advanced AI systems think before they respond. (see the video explainer)

2/ Elon’s xAI rebrands as SpaceXAI, unveils new logo: Elon Musk's AI company has officially rebranded from xAI to SpaceXAI, completing its integration into SpaceX following the acquisition earlier this year. This move unifies the company's AI, social media, and space businesses under a single brand as it ramps up investments in AI infrastructure and large-scale compute.

3/ AI adoption is accelerating hiring: A new study of more than 21,000 U.S. companies found that businesses investing most heavily in AI increased their workforce by 10% over the past two years, while entry-level hiring rose 12%. The findings suggest AI is helping companies grow faster and create new roles rather than simply replacing existing jobs.

4/ OpenAI might be preparing GPT-5.6 for next week's release: Reports suggest GPT-5.6 could launch as early as next week, introducing new Sol, Terra, and Luna model tiers alongside a reasoning-effort slider and an "Ultra" mode for tackling more complex tasks. The release could further strengthen OpenAI's lead in coding and advanced reasoning as competition among frontier AI models continues to intensify.
